About this Course

What to bring: Please dress for the weather, including rain gear if it looks rainy, proper footwear (no sandals). Protective gear such as shin pads and cleats for soccer are optional (but recommended for older ages). Don't forget your bug spray, sunscreen and a water bottle! Please note that if you have a child under 4 participating we please ask that you stick around to help supervise as it helps out our volunteers. Inclement Weather: Sports will take place rain or shine but will be cancelled under the following conditions: Visible lightning (electrical storm), temperatures under 5 degrees Celsius at the program start time, winds over 40 km/hour, and at the discretion of the organizer.
